Chardonnay

Chardonnay is a very special white wine style, in that it’s really good at expressing the place where it’s been grown and techniques used in the winery. In warm climates chardonnay takes on tropical fruit flavours and aromas. As winemakers seek out cooler sites for the grape, in Chile in particular, wines with a more linear structure and subtle nuances of flavour are emerging.
