Pale yellow, with notes of citrus fruits, grapefruit, melon. Fresh wine, light bodied, medium high acidity of round and sweet finish.  

Serving suggestion         

Serve between 8-10°C. Suitable for meals with dressings and sauces. Green salads, lettuces, asparagus, fresh herbs and tomatoes. Accompany well dishes of fresh fish and seafood.
